Adobe took a new strategy to put Flash animations on the iPhone, with the release later this year of Flash Pro CS5 Beta, Adobe will enable any Flash developer to create an iPhone application (.ipa file) and then the developer could send it to Apple for approval.
So it is definitely for Flash games on the iPhone, unfortunately, no Safari plugin to be able to see flash animations on web pages.

MobileMe Calendar Beta Now Works with Microsoft Outlook16 July 2010, 12:30 am
Members using the new MobileMe Calendar beta can now view and edit their MobileMe calendars in Microsoft Outlook 2007 or 2010 using MobileMe Control Panel v1.6.1. The functionality is available even if you're connected to a Microsoft Exchange server (Exchange calendar data is kept separate from MobileMe and can be viewed side-by-side on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and PC). The new iDisk 1.2 app is now available for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. On the iPad it is optimized for the larger screen and includes the ability to open iDisk documents in other apps, for example a PDF in iBooks. Now when you go to me.com you'll see two persistent navigation features at the top of every page: a cloud icon on the left, and your name on the right.
Clicking the cloud icon (or using the key combination of Shift-Esc) opens a new application switcher which lets you move to any other MobileMe web application from the one you're currently using.

You can access your MobileMe mail, contacts, calendars, and bookmarks on iPad and use Find My iPad if it's missing.
To set up MobileMe, follow these steps:
On your iPad home screen tap Settings
Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars and check that Fetch New Data is set to Push
Tap Add Account, choose MobileMe, and enter your account information
Tap Next and turn on Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Bookmarks, and Find My iPad. Tap Save.
